Bidsense sells a single digital report for $39, paid once. There is no subscription and no account. After payment you receive a license key by email, which unlocks the full review in your browser and lets you save it as a PDF. Everything you are paying for is delivered immediately and in full at the moment of purchase.
If the report did not unlock, your key did not work, you were charged twice, or the product did not do what this site says it does, email support@trybidsense.com and we will either fix it or refund you in full. There is no time limit on this and you do not need to explain yourself.
Because the report and the PDF are delivered in full the moment you pay, we do not refund a report that has already been unlocked and downloaded simply because you changed your mind about wanting it. If a refund is issued, the license key attached to that purchase is revoked.
We also do not refund on the basis that the range disagreed with your contractor’s bid. The report is an estimate built from published cost data, and the site says plainly what it can and cannot see. A number you did not expect is the product working, not failing.
Email support@trybidsense.com from the address you used at checkout and say what happened. You do not need a form or an order number, though the receipt helps. We read every message.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for this purchase. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your card statement and handles the payment and any sales tax. Lemon Squeezy reserves its own right to issue a refund within 60 days of a purchase, at its discretion, independently of this policy.
Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of your own state or country. Where that law gives you more than this page does, that law applies.
